John Wieland is Founder, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. He is responsible for the company’s strategic vision as well as the architectural integrity of its neighborhoods and homes. In his first year in the homebuilding industry, John built 20 homes. Now over three decades and more than 25,000 satisfied homeowners later, he has established John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods as the Southeast’s leading builder of semi-custom homes.

Eric Price
President and Chief Operating Officer 

Eric Price is President and Chief Operating Officer of John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. He began his 24 years of experience in the industry with custom homebuilding, and joined John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods in 1990 as a Division Vice President. In 1994, Eric became President of the Charlotte, North Carolina Division, where he led the city for eight years until he was promoted to President of the Heritage Division, based in Atlanta, in 2002.

David Durham
Senior Vice President 

David Durham is the Senior Vice President of John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.  He is responsible for the South Atlanta Homebuilding Division, the Raleigh, North Carolina Homebuilding Division, Dunes West Golf and Country Club, and the Charleston Homebuilding Division, as well as Ground Support Services and Corporate Homebuilding Operations. After joining the company in March of 1991, he held positions including Builder in Atlanta, Regional Manager in Charlotte, Vice President of Raleigh and Vice President of Southeast Homebuilding.
