My Most Memorable Homeowner Story
One of my customers sent me an e-mail the day before Thanksgiving stating that his dimmer switch was not working and they would have to eat in the dark. I did not see the e-mail since it came in after business hours. I was checking my e-mail from home while I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner and realized the severity of the issue. I left my family and friends and installed a new dimmer just minutes before the homeowner and his family sat down for dinner.
In short, I am his builder and told him to call or e-mail me anytime and I would help him out. That is why he bought a John Wieland home. My customers are my friends and will be treated like family.
